Motionsoft is the leading SaaS and payment solutions business serving the health club market. We’re growing fast, winning deals with the best clubs in the industry, and searching for experienced Enterprise Sales Executives to join our team in Rockville, MD.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing relationships and selling Motionsoft products and services to new and existing prospects and customers.

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory
  • Build key senior management level relationships throughout an assigned territory
  • Present business solutions at the executive level, and heads of risk, operations, technology
  • Manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • Employing strategic and consultative selling techniques
  • Owning and executing the RFI/RFP process
  • Coordinate discovery calls, dry runs, demonstrations, and other aspects of the sales process
  • Create proposals and lead negotiations to deal closure
  • Working effectively with the Sales Engineering (pre-sales) team who provide product and market expertise
  • Prepare and communicate accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue quotas

Qualifications required:

  • 5+ years’ experience in consultative selling of ERP solutions.
  • Candidates who have worked within the payments and merchant acquiring space will be favorably viewed
  • Knowledge of the Health, Fitness and Wellness industries will be favorably viewed
  • Advanced Degree in Business, or similar discipline
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel to present to clients and prospects
  • Self-directed team player
  • Track record of lead generation and ability to close
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
  • Expertise in new business development and in devising, presenting and closing new business
