Enterprise Sales

Our client is a world leader that provides communication solutions and network services. They are seeking to hire an Account Executive to promote growth of product within assigned territory and identify new business opportunities. As a new business development executive, you will prospect and work with clients who trust your judgment to recommend the best solutions to solve their most pressing business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet / exceed sales goals and quotas
  • New Business development and management (prospect and develop new clients and relationships)
  • Develop & manage sales strategies within assigned markets; support business strategies and growth
  • Build & maintain client relationships
  • Manage sales cycle; prospecting to close then transition to account manager
  • Become the trusted advisor to new customers, for their IT product/solution needs
  • Consultative and solution-based selling; Articulating the value proposition of solutions and products
  • Keep well-informed of industry trends, technological and process changes, new developments, services etc.
  • Collaborate with other sales professionals and SME's to assist with closing deals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min. 5+ years of B2B Sales experience selling IT software solutions / services
  • Min. 5+ years selling new business
  • Experience selling CCaaS solutions required
  • Experience prospecting and closing deals
  • Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM
  • Ability to travel as needed within territory (approx. 25%)

Offering:

  • Base Salary $100,000+
  • Year 1 @ plan $175,000 - $200,000+

$175K - $200K
