Enterprise Sales - BPO

Our client is a world leader that provides communication solutions and network services. They are seeking to hire an Enterprise Sales Executive to develop and implement strategic business plans to promote growth within business outsourcing process. In this role, the Enterprise Sales Executive will prospect new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  •  Meet and exceed sales goals/quotas
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for outsourcing business services
  • Build & maintain client relationships
  • Manage sales process from prospecting new leads to close
  • Prospect through outbound communication, heavy cold calling
  • Become the trusted advisor to new customers, for their IT product/solution needs
  • Consultative and solution-based selling; Articulating the value proposition of solutions and products
  • Keep well-informed of industry trends, technological and process changes, new developments, services etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min. 5+ years B2B Sales and/or Business Development experience
  • Min. 3+ years' experience selling to C-level executives preferred
  • Experience selling Business Process Outsourcing required
  • Experience prospecting and closing large enterprise deals
  • Documented success in quota achievement environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
