Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the enterprise risk management plan.
Partner with assigned owners to create and implement action plans to mitigate identified risks.
Assist the Associate General Counsel in the annual refresh of the enterprise risk management plan, setting up business line and functional assessment of risks, researching industry best practices and partnering with external consultants, as needed.
Ensure teams create business requirement documents and document processes and flows as necessary.
Ensure teams understand business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address the gaps.
Integrate the ERM into other Ulteig work streams such as the strategic plan and audit.
Identify, track and raise to leaders any Ulteig risk events.
Ensure timely reporting of events with litigation potential to the Associate General Counsel.
Develop agendas, facilitate and manage ERM working committee meetings.
Create and deliver risk management communication and education to the organization.
Develop and manage the collection, analysis and presentation of all enterprise risk data. Utilize risk data to further define risk mitigation strategies.
Maintain and improve the ERM dashboard and report metrics to leadership on regular cadence.
What We Expect from You
Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in business services.
5+ years experience in developing and managing enterprise risk management plans. Background in compliance, audit or legal is helpful.
Experience in complex project management, integrating work functions across the organization. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to drive change and effectively balance competing needs of stakeholders.
Ability to communicate, orally and written with business leaders and clients. Ability to present with poise and confidence to senior leaders of the organization.
