You are a driven Sales professional who has established relationships at executive levels to identify and sell Citrix products and services directly to the company’s Federal Civilian Agency accounts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, pursue, and maintain account strategies to drive adoption of Citrix products and services within your assigned accounts.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with other sales teams as well as with external partners to develop and achieve account strategies and opportunity plans
• Carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets
• Understand and navigate account procurement practices in licensing contracts
• Drive prompt resolution of customer issues while ensuring high levels of customer happiness
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior meaningful experience.
• Selling software to Civilian accounts, specifically Federal Civilian agencies for 5 of the last 8 years.
• Track record of establishing strategic executive level relationships with Federal Civilian Agency accounts
• Strong record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas in excess of $3 million a year
• Experience working with partners to develop and close business within your accounts.
• Strong consultative selling ability – critical questioning, listening, analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and articulate compelling qualitative and quantitative business cases for IT solutions.
• Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques and processes including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, discussing, and closing complex deals.
• Ability to handle long, sophisticated sales cycles from beginning to end.
