The Enterprise Project Manager is a key member of a project team that leads enterprise projects to create new products or implement new technology needed to ensure client and consumer satisfaction. This role will work cross-functionally throughout Kasasa to ensure product development and rollout success, achieve team and corporate goals, and contribute to the growth of the enterprise Kasasa Project Management Office while embodying the Patch Values.

-Act as bridge between many internal cross-functional teams.
-Provide project management for product development and technology projects with high complexity and increased risk based on established timeline or complexity of technology.
-Works with Product Managers, Product Owners and key stakeholders to develop a Project Charter which includes project scope, resource needs, resource responsibilities, specific milestones and tasks, associated effort estimates, project assumptions, expected risks and a communication plan for reporting progress.
-Works with the established project team to determine agreed-upon milestones and work effort to create a project schedule, utilizing the Clarizen enterprise project management platform.
-Manages work activities of cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and Business Team Leads).
-Manages a communication plan to include a project team kickoff meeting, escalation plan and weekly progress reporting. Escalates quickly when issues cannot be resolved at the project team level.
-Ensures project deliverables are completed on time and are of high quality, including business requirements and approval, and reports status to stakeholders in a timely manner.
-Builds and maintains the project site on Confluence (deliverables, status reports, presentations, project-related documentation) and the Workfront project management tool.
-Identifies risks/issues, develops mitigation plans, manages risks/issues and communicates updates to the key stakeholders and team members.
-Participates in the growth and maturity of the Project Management Office through managing project retros and building best practices into the project management methodology.
-Contribute to a “best in class” team by ensuring understanding and execution of team and individual goals.
-Possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technology or business-related field and a minimum of 5-10 years in a ----Project Manager role
-Project Management Professional Certification is preferred
-Strong leadership and coaching skills.
-Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate project information to the Project Team, -Business Teams and Executive team
-Heavy knowledge of project management and deployment software development lifecycles
-Ability to use critical thinking skills to solve problems
-Previous experience in an agile development environment using Jira and Confluence is preferred
-Positive attitude and aptitude to work independently in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent relationship development and management skills
-Ability to work and exercise influence cross functionally
-Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
-Track record of professionalism and increasing levels of leadership
-Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in responding to rapid change and increasing ambiguity
