The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager will oversee IT infrastructure and operations management at ADS. This person will lead a team of administrators and engineers and be responsible managing any external managed services related to enterprise infrastructure. This manager will own the servers, networks, storage devices and related software and supporting technologies at our data centers, private facilities, and cloud providers. This role will help set direction on technology and enterprise architecture. He or she will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good processes, as well as day to day support and upkeep of systems. This person will be expected to maintain good relationships with key business stakeholders as well as peers inside and outside the IT department. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager should be well versed in modern IT concepts, technology trends, and service models, and should have a customer focused mindset.


  • Manage technical team of engineers and administrators
  • Effectively execute technology projects and related implementations
  • Drive technology solutions that are focused on long term business success and lowest TCO
  • Manage internal and external partnerships supporting ADS Enterprise Infrastructure
  • Lead and mentor direct reports and other infrastructure personnel
  • Own and maintain the technology solutions related to network services, computing services, and any data center or cloud infrastructure services
  • Understand current trends and technologies and provides recommendations on appropriate tools to meet business needs
  • Drive sound IT process through the enterprise infrastructure group
  • Support the Director of Infrastructure and the larger IT group through technology leadership and sound execution
  • Build and maintain a stable and high performing and reliable technology platform that has the flexibility to scale with the business
  • Work collaboratively with the IT Governance & Risk organization to ensure compliance of delivered solutions
  • Work closely with Project Management Group on initiating, planning and executing projects
  • Support the business by providing a sound foundation of technology
  • Responsible to foster good behaviors and lead by example within the infrastructure group and the larger IT organization
  • Drive work in line with the organization’s mission, operations, structure, and goals; understands informal structures and processes of the organization; understands organization-level implications of his or her day-to-day decisions

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science management or equivalent
  • PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certification will be considered

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in managing an Infrastructure group in a public company
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets
  • Understanding of key business processes related to Sales, Operations, Finance and HR
  • Experience with telecom and network technologies and concepts
  • Experience with on premise and cloud-based enterprise technologies
  • Experience with ITSM and ITOM processes and tools
  • 5+ years of experience leading a technical team
  • Experience with vendor management with solid influence and negotiating skills
  • Experience with Oracle EBS or similar large scale ERP systems
  • Experience in a manufacturing company with multiple remote sites
  • Experience with cloud implementations of infrastructure and related cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.)
  • Experience in hiring and building teams
  • Experience in large technology rollouts
