As an Enterprise Customer Account Executive, you will work closely with Khoros customers, helping them understand the value of our solutions and platform. The successful candidate will understand the customer’s definition of business value and be able to challenge them to think about new ways to differentiate and transform their business. You'll be able to inspire customers by providing thought-provoking and consultative strategies to help some of the world’s most iconic brands to better engage with their customers. The perfect candidate is an intelligent team player with high-energy and a strong interest in social business.   • Build strong relationships with existing customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales or account management experience
  • Able to travel up to 50%
  • Experience in modern prospecting and account development techniques
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong public speaker preferred
  • Positive attitude and a desire to win
  • Team player
