  • Chapter: This is the lead role for the Data Management & Analytics chapter that develops the roadmap for the establishment and the roll out of analytic solutions for GAF to improve and optimize business performance and minimize risk. This individual will have responsibility for establishing the technical foundation for each of the key areas identified, allowing the business leaders to develop key insights to effectively manage the business today and in the future. This individual will lead strategy, architecture and the development of data, experimentation and analytics solutions. This role oversees and orchestrates the plan, definition, and design of GAF’s data management, analytics and data science capabilities. They will support the proper design and implementation of Enterprise Tools to ensure the integration, collection, processing and organization of business data required for management reporting, experimentation and analytics. Your role involves safeguarding, shaping, and servicing the broader GAF organization, as well as ensuring the Digital Product Groups (DPG) and Scrum teams have the right infrastructure to support their work. You will interface with the operations, application, infrastructure and other teams to ensure processes support their needs and there is buy-in and adherence. • IT Leader: As a Chapter leader you are part of the IT leadership team, reporting to the CIO. You are continuously focused on ensuring that the Data Management & Analytics Chapter is and remains "high performing." Apart from the work in the teams, there are often overarching issues that need to be tackled, for example complex projects that surpass individual scrum teams, capacity levels or managing budgets. As part of the leadership team you take responsibility on one or more topics.

  • Scrum Team: Your organization will provide subject matter expertise support to Scrum teams, collaborating with other Chapters and the Digital Product Groups (DPG) to identify resource needs and provide skilled resources to deliver on key initiatives.
