The Enterprise Account Executive will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.


  • Lead generation and contact plan management of new accounts
  • Focus on selling SageNet core service to include but not limited to; ManagedNetwork Services, Cybersecurity, Professional Services, Digital Signage and Infrastructure solutions
  • Servicing current products for existing customers
  • Establish new business development opportunities with existing and new logo customers
  • Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner
  • Use market data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools and SageNet’s Inside Sales resources
  • Ensure follow-up after receiving leads with complete profile of customer information, including calls-to-action, sources, and dates
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives
  • Develop and maintain account strategy plans for existing customers and prospects
  • Maintain opportunities and relevant account information in Salesforce.com
  • Monitor competitive activity and market conditions, providing feedback and suggestions to management regarding product additions and deletions
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, industry events, customer entertainment activates, sales meetings, training programs, and conferences as directed
  • Lead account team in aligning internal Solution Architect, Program Management, partners, and otherinternal support resources in activities to support deals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

Job Requirements


  • B.A. or B.S. Degree and have a minimum of five years Sales experience
  • Must bring integrity, technical knowledge, ability to solve customer problems and passion for sales outcomes
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in Enterprise sales is preferred
  • Sales experience with some of the following is preferred; Fortinet, Meraki, Cisco, Wi-Fi, VOIP, ManagedNetwork Services, HPE solutions, Pure Data Storage and Veeam Backup solutions
  • Ideally, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving increased sales through targeted growth initiatives in current market segments and by virtue of implementation of creative strategic marketing initiatives
  • Experience with Salesforce.compreferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining partner relationships and representing them in customer solutions
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and business sales competencies
  • Technical aptitude and strong knowledge of computers and the internet
  • Excellent writing skills as well as strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Be able to sit for long periods of time without issues
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time while giving presentations
  • Extensive use of hands and fingers for typing, handling baggage, and paperwork
  • Extensive use of eyes for reviewing contracts and data on a computer screen
  • 25 – 50% travel, so ability to travel that extensively, and be in planes without issues is required.
