TITLE: Enhanced Sr. Lead

LOCATION: Onsite: El Paso, TX

About the Role

The Enhanced Senior Lead leads teams conducting investigative, screening, and verification activities in a regulated and high‑risk environment. This role ensures investigative accuracy, compliance with established standards, and effective escalation of risk indicators while supporting staff performance and quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise staff conducting screening, verification, and investigative work
  • Assign and prioritize caseloads to meet established timelines and quality standards
  • Review investigative work products for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Provide guidance on complex or sensitive cases and escalate issues as required
  • Monitor performance metrics and compliance indicators
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and internal audits
  • Coach staff on investigative techniques, documentation, and decision‑making
  • Support onboarding and training of investigative personnel
  • Manage schedules to maintain adequate coverage and workload balance
  • Prepare reports and operational updates for leadership
  • Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; or
  • Associate degree with additional relevant experience; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience
  • Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in investigations, screening, compliance, fraud detection, or similar regulated environments
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory or lead experience
  • Experience working with sensitive data and time‑critical workflows
  • Strong analytical and investigative judgment
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify risk indicators and make sound decisions
  • High level of discretion and attention to confidentiality
  • Comfortable using technology and investigative tools
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred, depending on assignment

Work Schedule

  • Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be accessible by mobile phone as needed for operational matters

Security Clearance/Background Check Requirements

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Child Abuse/Neglect Report (CAN) or child protective services check to the satisfaction of contract requirements.
  • Internal background check to the satisfaction of contract requirements.
  • Favorable credit check for all cleared positions
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance

Physical Demands

  • Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees and ability to regularly travel via air, car, train, etc.
  • Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 15% - 49% of the time.
  • Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 10% - 25% of the time.
  • Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type, and use a telephone system 75% - 100% of the time.
  • Physical Dimensions: May move 20-30 lbs.
