The ideal candidate will be an energetic, articulate program manager who enjoys working with the top engineering technical and management talent. He/she will accelerate the success of the organization by leading complex hardware/platform programs, process improvements, measurement, and communications.  Solving problems proactively, driving change in the organization, and introducing simple and efficient processes must be exciting and challenging to this individual.  The opportunity to learn from outstanding peers and a strong manager is a key opportunity in this job.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross functional teams in the development of complex  hardware programs

- Develop processes as required to increase organizational efficiencies

Manage program risks and issues

Report program status to Business Unit management

- Effective communication skills with internal and external teams

 Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical discipline (e.g. computer science, engineering, math, physics, etc.)

  • 3-5+ years project/program management experience
  • Demonstrated success at delivering large, complex, system and software programs
  • 2+ years technical experience in hardware development

Networking and routing experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Have a proven track record of managing complex programs with large, geographically dispersed teams

Embody a “do whatever it takes” attitude

Be a proactive and articulate communicator

Thrive in chaotic and changing environments
