Kforce has a client in Tempe, Arizona (AZ) seeking an Engineering Product Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ownership of collateral creation used for external communication including but not limited to product press releases, supplier award press releases, trade magazine awards, thought leadership white papers, technology briefings, trade journal articles, product briefings, and press interviews
  • Drive standardization, accuracy, and messaging of digital product and capability datasheets
  • In close collaboration with Corporate Marketing Demand Generation Director, launch successful traditional demand generation initiatives, including print and corresponding digital advertisements
  • Actively participate in trade shows and facilitate collateral and product sample support
  • The impact of each demand generation initiative should be quantified as incremental opportunity dollars contributed to the company's 5-year opportunity funnel
  • In close collaboration with Corporate Marketing Digital Strategy team, launch successful digital marketing strategies to compliment and further expand the breadth and scope of conventional marketing campaigns with quantifiable contributions, where possible, to the 5-year opportunity funnel
  • The scope of digital marketing campaigns includes customer interaction/engagement with Company's website, organic and paid Search Engine Optimization activities, Social Media initiatives, leveraging of marketing automation capabilities for lead generation, and the creation of videos and webinars for lead generation
  • Serves as the single point of contact for the Business Unit to drive product website content improvement while collaborating with Corporate Marketing
  • Development of concise, high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other sales training tools suitable for external use to customer audiences


  • BS or MS in Engineering with expertise in semiconductors or memory, data storage device technology, data security, and/or rugged computing systems
  • MBA in Marketing desirable
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in any combination of the following areas: product marketing, program or product management, and engineering experience in progressively more responsible roles
  • Proven experience managing VAR channel or successfully managing a product line with significant (preferably >50%) revenues acquired through VAR channels
  • Desire past experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment including but not limited to microelectronics, semiconductors, hard disk drives, solid-state drives, and network attached storage devices
  • Defense industry experience is a plus
  • Exceptional product marketing skills spanning conventional marketing for memory, storage, microprocessors, or other digital microelectronics is desired
  • High degree of proficiency in desktop and cloud-based software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Salesforce, Marketo, and similar software packages
  • Strong statistical and data analytics skills, integrating data from multiple sources to drive data-based decision making within the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to forge close working relationships with geographically dispersed cross-functional partners in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to craft and deliver powerful presentations
  • Ability to travel up to 40% is required
  • Familiarity with other software, such as but not limited to Tableau and Photoshop, is a plus
