PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The HCM Engineering organization is responsible for developing the SuccessFactors Cloud-based suite of HCM solutions which have more than 30 million users worldwide. We have teams in Australia, China, Denmark, Germany, India, Israel, Russia and the USA. The combined strength of the organization is approximately 1450 people.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As part of the Engineering Operations team, assist in the planning, co-ordination and execution of global HCM Engineering initiatives.  The Engineering Operations Analyst will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support global engineering programs.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Deep understanding of Engineering processes and key performance metrics.  Ability to identity areas in need of improvement, or identify changes to metrics to better drive efficiency.
  • Provide analytical insights into Engineering execution – utilizing reporting and analytics on internal ticketing systems as well as big data analysis (using Splunk).
  • Ability to liaise with groups outside of Engineering – such as Service Delivery Operations, Support, Professional Services.
  • Drive operational topics across all of HCM Engineering.
  • Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and obsession with customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills.
  • Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
