In Kalamazoo, Michigan we develop diagnostic scantools for the North American Independent Aftermarket. Tens of thousands of technicians use our products on a daily basis to diagnose passenger vehicles, retrieve repair and maintenance information and document the repair process. To maintain the growth of our product portfolio we need your support and expertise for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of quality and service management practices! As an Engineering Manager in Quality and Service Management you will be in charge of leading a team of experienced engineers working in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. In close cooperation with our cross functional teams you will own the release process for our tools, planning and executing regular maintenance releases as well as for new product launches. It will be crucial that quality and efficiency are built into the product development lifecycle early on in the process.
Activities for your team range from manual validation, with a focus on automation and user-experience testing, to improving quality assurance through the engineering process. Your team will use state of the art continuous integration test automation and customer beta testing, to push the boundaries of what our products can deliver to our customers.
You will lead team members at both of our development locations in Kalamazoo, MI and Owatonna, MN and receive further support from our offshore teams.
