Will provide integrated solutions as part of the development and deployment of enterprise system solutions in Beaverton, OR. Will provide engineering solutions for the supply, demand, master data, and information functions. Will manage a diversely skilled team of ABAP, JavaScript, Informatica, Oracle, Teradata, and other engineering skill sets. Will work with other agile leaders to ensure their developments work in a highly integrated environment. Will collaborate with product teams to understand requirements, assist in providing scope and cost estimates, and drive engineering activities through deployments via a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) process. Will collaborate with technical leads and managers on the team to support other engineers with technical consulting and direct, problem solving, and write and conduct reviews of direct subordinates. Will utilize strong engineering management experience with an emphasis on web based deployments and concepts. Will lead teams in an agile environment through using the SAFe framework. Will establish, maintain, and apply code and configuration standards and best practice to build in quality at the source. Will work with full life-cycle solution delivery projects involving more than 15 people and that last longer than six months. Will work in deployments and developments in the public cloud infrastructure, including Azure, AWS, EC2, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, and SNS. Will understand requirements efficiently and effectively to minimize rework and build trust in the solutions with customers and end users. Will engage in JavaScript / Python development and data management, including template technologies, micro-services, and REST Web Services. Will work with relational and no-SQL data stores. Will use JavaScript, Python, Oracle, SAP Demand and Supply Planning Systems, Teradata, and Informatica. Will have four to five direct subordinates. Will engage in five percent or less domestic and international travel.


Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or engineering. Experience: eight years of overall progressive experience with software development. Skills/Requirements: 8 years of experience: 1) deployments and developments in the public cloud infrastructure, including AWS; (2) Teradata as a database; (3) Informatica as an integration tool; (4) Scaled Agile Framework; (5) SAP SCM including the APO DP and SNP modules, (6) providing technical management of software development projects involving eight or more people; and (7) Python.
