The Monetization Liveops Service Team at Unity is a newly setup team in Monetization Organization. The mission of the team is to build a product for game publishers which gives them full transparency and control of their monetization strategy. This team is working on some innovative space to build an end to end system which can be used to create different game playing experiences for different sets of players. There are so many different new age features we are building to help game developers to be successful in their monetization strategy and engage with their players.
As an Engineering Manager on the monetization liveops services team, you will be leading a team of engineers that work on end to end UI workflow to enable game publishers to interact with monetization features. This will require collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, product manager, and product designer to align on product requirements, leading the team to design and implement the feature, and eventually deliver with quality and predictability.
Here you will have the opportunity to fulfill Unity’s foundational tenet, Democratization of game Development. By providing a fairground for game developers and publishers to interact with this UI application to engage with their game players, experiment and analyze the results of the experiments. You will be proud to develop the product which will contribute to the game's success and give game publishers the tools which they can leverage to experiment with monetization strategy with complete transparency.
