An Engineering Geologist working in a foothill, soil and rock environment with a geotechnical background. Clientele includes public school, hospitals, public works/municipalities, mining, commercial, and residential.
The Project Engineering Geologist level will manage geotechnical engineering investigations, perform engineering design, and manage construction materials testing and special inspections.
The person must possess skills in problem solving, critical thinking, and must be steadfast in the execution of assigned duties.
The Project Engineer/Geologist acts as the liaison between the project manager and technical disciplines involved in a project and is the primary technical point of contact for the customer. Independently performs project-related assignments.
The Project Engineer/Geologist works under the supervision of a Senior Geologist, Senior Engineer, or Associate.

The pay range for this California position is $100.000.00 - $125,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
