Join our dynamic team in Trumbull, CT as an Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Engineer. This safety-sensitive position is critical in ensuring the reliability and safety of aircraft components. You will work with precision, autonomy, and pride, supporting aviation excellence while advancing your technical career in an FAA-regulated environment.

[Responsibilities]

- Disassemble, clean, evaluate, repair, modify, and assemble aircraft components to the highest industry standards
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, feeler gauges, and dial indicators
- Perform component repairs using filing, stoning, lapping, and polishing techniques
- Operate power and hand tools for drilling, sanding, riveting, and related tasks
- Document evaluation results and clearly communicate repair requirements both internally and to external partners
- Comply with all FAA, CAA, EASA regulations and company safety initiatives
- Follow detailed procedures from maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical drawings
- Apply chemical treatments to repaired surfaces following approved guidelines
- Accurately review and interpret paperwork to ensure proper sequencing and documentation of component repairs
- Execute tasks such as drilling, reaming, tapping, installing Heli-coils, bushings, and liners using advanced techniques
