Candidate, under the direction of a lead engineer, supports system testing and evaluation tasks and activities to include: software kit installations, system testing, documents failure reports, maintains system testing environment, and performs system operations, and support hardware installation and cabling. Creates drawings, blueprints and diagrams.

Provides entry level technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. Gathers, maintains, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as engineering design changes.

Produces engineering documentation and drawings. Conducts preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided; and quantitative judgments concerning technical data.

Candidate must have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance at the Secret Level.

Basic Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of Windows based systems and Microsoft products.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn a variety of new skills and tools.

Desired skills

  • High School course work or lab experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable: design, software, robotics or other competition teams related to engineering projects.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint.
