ABOUT THE ROLE

The Engineer is responsible for supporting the design and analysis of precast concrete structures while ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Working under the guidance of senior engineers or management, this role contributes to structural design, project coordination, and technical problem-solving across multiple projects. The Engineer collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, constructible engineering solutions.

Salary range ($75,000-$115,000). Based on location and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a developing engineering professional with a strong foundation in structural design and an interest in precast construction. They are detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow technically while contributing to multiple projects. This individual is proactive, dependable, and able to balance guidance from senior engineers with independent problem-solving to deliver accurate and effective engineering solutions.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Occasional visits to active plant and field locations are required based on operational needs.
  • Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required while in the plant and field.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and navigate active plant and field environments as needed.
  • Must be able to climb stairs, walk on uneven surfaces, and safely move through industrial work areas.
  • May be exposed to moving equipment, machinery, and other standard industrial hazards.
  • May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, as well as noise, dust, and vibration.
