  • Manage several new product introduction projects from inception to production readiness.
  • Ensure tooling, fixturing, measurement systems, and all other process related systems are in place on time for NPI development.
  • Provide, on a regular basis, risk mitigation and status updatereports to leadership team and counterparts at ECOE and other Chromalloy units.
  • Support capacity analysis and planning activities.
  • SupportEngineering change orders, MRB, reviews, and dispositioning of product defects. 
  • Support continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives. 
  • Act as a liaison to coordinate and troubleshoot issues with castings and coatings vendors.
  • Consult on equipment purchases for engineering and operations
  • Ensure compliance with Company, customer and industry quality requirements.
  • Comply with customer and industry regulated requirements. 
  • Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor?s degree in Engineering. Could be manufacturing, mechanical, materials, aerospace, industrial
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience. Knowledge and experience of manufacturing and inspection methods. Project management knowledge and experience
  • Manufacturing experience, CAD
  • Tool design, Unigraphics NX (UGNX), green or black beltpreferred
