The primary purpose of this position is to be the single point of contact for Sirius Managed Services customers for Managed Services issues. Responsibilities include implementing, operating and managing business aligned IT managed services and service level management, with a focus on large and/or complex Managed Services customers. This position will oversee all aspects and day-to-day activities of the service delivery function and support staff.
