The person will need to work directly with our local operations team in the US and operations team from Indegene in India to manage the deployment of digital production solutions.  S/he should be adept at building excellent business-to-business relationships to secure revenue streams and open new opportunities with our client. The position will take ownership for the delivery of solutions and lead the team from the front by driving an excellent client experience across the engagement.  

The position entails the following, but not limited to:

  • Presenting strategic guidance and roadmaps for C-level and Executive clients in Digital Strategy.
  • Driving client-specific partnership strategy, in collaboration with our business development and sales organizations, by knowing the client organization inside and out 
  • Creating unique and innovative structure and ideas for broad-based industries to improve and create a cutting- edge frame work for delivery
  • Delivering Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, Operations Improvement/Turnaround, Change Management projects
  • Seeing the “big picture” of engagement opportunities and barriers across customers and initiate action plans to optimize opportunities and mitigate barriers
  • Partnering closely with clients’ Customer Experience, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to facilitate successful execution of strategic initiatives
  • Gathering and applying relevant data to create meaningful insights and recommendations for customers
  • Managing the governance processes for the program in close coordination with client sponsor and the Indegene Operations Lead
  • Developing and managing risk mitigation plans
  • Managing high risk/impact issues by close coordination between client and Indegene teams
  • Manage service level agreements, KPI’s, and all administrative duties in a collaborative environment
  • Motivating and leading internal, external and client staff. Provide leadership for all people related issues and manage people processes as per local regulations
  • Developing and delivering formal presentations to senior clients in both delivery and sales situations

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex, high-volume, applications and deliverables
  • Willingness to work in an Onsite-Onshore-Offshore model

Desired profile:

  • Proven Engagement/Program Management experience in leadership role for complex programs
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills; a proven aptitude for building and maintaining strong relationships. Passion for engaging with clients and delivering value to our partners 
  • Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills – both in English language
  • Experience of working with cross-cultural teams
  • Awareness of DigitalMarketing, DigitalTechnologies
  • Knowledge of Pharma Marketing, Regulatory Compliance would be added advantage
  • Ability to deal with multiple stake holders and manage client’s expectations
  • Ability to drive initiatives with excellent interpersonal skills
