Works directly with eight AllianceHealth network emergency departments and facilitates the EMS relationship activities with each hospital. Acts as a liaison between the health system, area Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and outreach to community based hospitals and physicians.Complete face-to-face sales meetings with area EMS providers, physicians and hospital emergency departments. Prepare and present monthly sales reports, identifying trends, additional business opportunities, and obstacles to new business growth.
Develops and implements a business plan to drive service-line growth and improve operations in terms of quality and processes. Evaluate, analyze, and interpret market utilization data for market facilities' service lines, including market share data for primary facility service lines, ensuring that sales priorities are identified. Ensures quality care for patients. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position reports to the Network VP Development and Network CEO.
Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
