Responsibilities

• Servicing existing book of business by utilizing the EPIC system for: 1. processing enrollments 2. billing resolutions 3. claim resolution 4. cobra administration 5. all other service related functions

• Creation of reports, spreadsheets, forms

• Renewal Management

• Run open enrollment meetings

• Quoting

• Assist with sales processes/submissions

• Communicate and interact with client by phone, in writing and in person

• Perform regular outbound phone calls to existing clients

• Cross Selling of Benefit lines and Univest products and services (including banking, investment and insurance products)

• Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct.

• Perform additional duties as needed

• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi task and make informed decisions

• High level of customer service and interpersonal skills, along with professional appearance and a positive attitude

• Ability to facilitate/run open enrollment meetings

• Ability to manage the renewal process including communicating with the client.

• Proficiency in Word and Excel

• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal sales team

• Thorough knowledge of all benefit lines of insurance coverage and products

• Minimum of 3-5 years employee benefits account management experience

• Current Life, Accident, Health license
