Our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group has an opportunity for an attorney with at least five years of experience to join the firm to support our national employee benefits and executive compensation practice, ranked Tier 1 by Best Lawyers for over a decade. We are open to Shareholder level attorneys without a book of business as well as senior level Counsel and Associate Attorneys. Our practice is broad-based and encompasses plan design, advice & counsel, and compliance work relating to retirement, health and welfare, and nonqualified deferred compensation and incentive pay plans maintained by private and publicly listed employers. We also regularly advise on executive compensation and payroll tax, and healthcare privacy matters.
The right candidate will possess strong analytical and writing skills, a passion for employee benefits/executive compensation matters, and will add their enthusiasm to our affable, team-oriented environment. Attorneys in this role will have the opportunity to handle complex, challenging matters and to provide advice and counsel for the full range of Ogletree’s clients.
This position will support shareholders located across Ogletree’s offices and can sit in any US Ogletree location if deemed appropriate. Remote work options and flexible work opportunities may be considered for the right candidate.
