  • Become an expert in core compliance infrastructure, tools, systems, and data
  • Collaborate with Compliance operation teams in understanding the impact of Compliance strategy on broader operations and support requirements that allow products to scale
  • Manage a large portfolio of new product launches that require consultation, support, operations assessment, prioritization across the portfolio, identify and communicate any dependencies, and highlight and help resolve blocking issues
  • In conjunction with key stakeholders, develop compliance operations strategy for new types of products and design novel operations experiences that challenge conventional operational models for new products at scale
  • Manage complex projects and align compliance strategy across numerous operations stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with key cross-functional partners, including Engineering, Product Management, Legal and others during design, build, launch, and expansion phase of product life cycle
  • Ensure the right level of tracking and transparency on milestones is maintained
  • Supervise the active projects across the team to ensure they are tracking to committed goals/milestones
  • Oversee the broader product discovery process to proactively identify new products and engage and educate product managers about compliance operations
  • Be prepared to directly manage large projects and coordinate across all stakeholders (internal and external) as needed to ensure the right execution, communication and resources are in place to deliver on key milestones


  • BA/BS degree
  • 7+ years of work experience in business strategy, payments, risk or compliance with knowledge in Product Launches Domain
  • 3+ years project management experience
  • Communication and interpersonal experience and experience influencing stakeholders across functional boundaries
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical experience


  • CAMS, CFE, or PMP certification
