Job Title: Embedded Antenna Simulation and Design Engineer
? Hands-on RF design experience in Small-Form Factor, High Density, High Complexity Board Designs involving Battery Powered Systems.
? Derive RF related issues down to specific sub-systems (Receiver / Transmitter / Link Budget Analysis )
? Responsibility to drive RF related customer problems to a solution

? Strong experience in RF Design utilizing RFICs for Smartphone products
? Hands on experience in RFcircuit design covering RF front end, receive desense, LNA, SAR , tuning, matching, PCB Design for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee and 2G/3G/4G bands.
? Profound knowledge in RF lab measurement techniques in testing transmit output power, Primary/Diversity Receiver sensitivity, harmonics and noise suppression
? Proficient in the use of RF design simulation and optimization tools - ADS, Allegro, CST covering carrier aggregation, MIMO and line-up analysis
?Experience with mechanical and layout implications relating to RF design
?Experience in Schematic design, BOM generation, Layout review
? Good Knowledge on EMI/EMC compliance and good to have FCC certification experience
? Hands-on experience in RFmobile phone test equipments (CMW500, CMU200, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Testers etc)
? Measurement instruments like Spectrum, Network Analyzers...etc
? Working knowledge of Qualcomm MSM Chipset would be a plus
? Should be an effective learner
? Should be comfortable in working on multiple projects in parallel.
? Shall be adaptive to work with distributed teams
? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
? Ability to estimate work, set priorities and meet deadlines
? Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines is required
? Strong problem identification and resolution, organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
