    Join us as an Email Marketing Manager, and you’ll have the chance to create and execute email marketing programs that build awareness, drive sell-through, and increase brand loyalty. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and focuses on the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for initiatives supporting multiple brands and lines of business, as well as acquisition, retention, servicing, cross-sell, and branding initiatives as needed.



  • Provide recommendations for strategic direction, promotional offers, product mix, and communication channels supporting key business initiatives

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns

  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling

  • Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and other advanced features

  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

  • Review test results and provide recommendations for future testing and/or revalidation strategies

  • Understand, document, and provide recommendations for criteria used to select and segment the customer and prospect population

  • Creative development and version control

  • Circulate creative for legal and compliance reviews/approvals, and maintain archive of approvals

  • Manage library of creative and content and work with SMEs inside and outside of ditech to develop new content as needed

  • Manage campaign matrix and email sign-offs

  • Recommend and implement email workflow and process improvements

  • Participate in or conduct daily status call

  • Manage external vendor resources for creative development and email deployment

  • Partner with cross-functional resources and affiliate resources to effectively execute projects

  • Conduct competitive research

  • Own and drive project management on special multi-channel marketing projects

  • All other duties as assigned by manager



  • Proven work experience as a multi-channel digital marketing manager

  • Hands on experience with HubSpot, CSS, HTML and other email and content management systems

  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and advanced proofreading skills

  • Ability to effectively interact and engage with a wide range of people

  • Ability to work independently and complete projects within required timeframes

  • Working knowledge of data analytics and ability to effectively communicate data criteria

  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, highly creative, and proactive with the ability to positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical company-wide initiatives

  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment and anticipate future needs and trends


Relevant Experience: 4+ years previous business experience


Minimum Education: College degree required
