AM Retail Group, a division of G-III Apparel Group consists of DKNY, Karl Lagerfeld Paris, G.H Bass & Co., Andrew Marc & Wilsons Leather. AMRG operates ecommerce websites & over 300 retail store locations across brands.

The AMRG digital team seeks an Email & Site Content Marketing Manager who will manage and execute email marketing programs to drive engagement and generate revenue for select AMRG brands (G.H. Bass & Co., DKNY, Wilson's Leather, Andrew Marc, Karl Lagerfeld Paris). They will also drive site content strategy in partnership with merchandising and creative teams. This role will be highly collaborative working cross-functionally with graphic design, brand marketing, store marketing, merchandising and business leads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the email calendar by collaborating with Creative and Merchandising teams to support ecommerce sales goals
  • Own the end to end email process - including strategy, campaign scheduling, copy writing, creative development, QA, daily monitoring and reporting
  • Partner with store marketing team to align promo strategy calendar across channels
  • Align email marketing strategy with site content updates to ensure consistent customer experience
  • Develop and optimize segmentation strategy to ideal contact cadence to maximize sales for this channel
  • Develop and execute test plans for subject lines, creative, promotion segmentation etc
  • Partner with CRM/Loyalty team to incorporate special loyalty events to enhance customer relationships
  • Maintain email performance reports to create recommendations that will optimize this channel
  • Oversee email acquisition strategy through onsite capture, promotions and other marketing channels
  • QA all emails to ensure links, images, subject lines and segments are accurate
  • Proactively resolve problems and roadblocks in order to keep work-flow on schedule

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years' experience in similar role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • An understanding of database functionality
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to research / problem solve issues
  • Ability to multi-task with a high level of excellence
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Commitment to meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
