We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager to join our marketing growth group in NYC. The Email Marketing Manager will ensure that AKC emails follow industry best practices. This person will work with various teams to plan, execute, and report on the success of AKC email campaigns. The right candidate will have experience in automation, drip campaigns, interactivity, A/B and Multivariate testing and will have a passion for learning about new solutions that help optimize overall email performance. They will have passion for exploring new and creative ways to optimize campaigns by including personalization, targeted segmentation and more. Ultimately, you'll be able to promote and ensure that our users stay in touch with AKC news and updates. This role reports into the Director, Email Marketing/Ecommerce and will work closely with our Email Production Manager, Marketing Specialist, Ad Sales team and more our ESP account managers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the AKC email marketing media plan, email setup, and QA in current ESP (Sailthru)
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Create and build workflows in ESP for automated campaigns
  • Work with BUs to identify appropriate target audience
  • Report and analysis of email campaigns and provide recommendations
  • Review results with business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with BI team to integrate email reporting to Tableau for insights
  • Keep up-to-date with marketing trends and implement best practices.
  • Ensure email campaigns comply with best practice and CANSPAM laws
  • Identify new opportunities for integrated marketing through email, SEO, social, etc.

Required

Bachelor's degree, with up to 3years Marketing experience
