As the Email & Database Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to create, iterate and optimize our nurture strategy and email sequences in alignment with our go-to-marketing campaigns. With the customer database always at your fingertips, you will become deeply familiar with IronNet's customer and prospect base, helping inform persona development. You will know how to track and extrapolate content preferences by persona, and make regular content recommendations on what resonates for each stage of the buyer's journey. You will partner closely with our content team to create relevate and articulate email communications, with sales to establish feedback loops for lead quality and velocity optimization and product marketing to align with the customer journey, all while iterating for an exceptional customer experience.
