Must have successfully achieved Test Technician II or have five years minimum equivalent technical experience.
Operate and repair/troubleshoot manual and automated test equipment including meters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, load banks and other equipment.
Perform production test on printed circuit boards, modules and system level products.
Leads development of complex production test equipment and processes.
Builds complex test setup in Engineering lab environment, and develops test plan, collects data and analyzes results.
Perform production test on high voltage power equipment.
Troubleshoot defects to the component level.
Perform repairs including tasks such as wiring and soldering of components on printed circuit boards and all system level products.
Assist with development of standardized test procedures and process improvements.
Assist with product engineering projects including new product development and product improvement as required.
Perform other work as business needs arise.

HS Diploma or equivalent
Two-year associates degree in electronics technology.
Must be able to read and understand complex schematics and identify various electronic devices.
Has basic understanding of SAG protection products applications, including load and power sources.
Basic understanding of Industrial Three Phase applications including loads and power sources.
Must be willing to test at high power levels (Single and Three Phase, 120V-600V, 2A-2400A)
Prior experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies and meters.
Attention to detail and accuracy of work are crucial.
Must be able to distinguish different colors.
Experience with desktop software applications.
Will be required to occasionally bend/stoop to handle, lift and move parts.
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple work tasks.
Must be a team player and is capable of working with minimal supervision in a small team environment.
Ability to work moderate overtime.
