TLC Engineering for Architecture is a dynamic and growing National Engineering firm seeking a qualified and motivated Project Manager for the planning, designing and production of the electrical engineering components of state of the art buildings.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager / Project Engineer is accountable for the projects assigned by the discipline and the complete performance of the assigned tasks, assuring that they are completed with attention to quality and service within the project budget.

  • Responsible to coordinate efforts between disciplines and work as a team player.
  • Refers the project near its completion for general review by the Senior Engineer.
  • Must be able to provide creative and analytical solutions while maintaining the guidelines, practices and policies of the discipline, business unit and firm.
  • Responsible for the control of the production efforts on specific project aspects and helps to assure that the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintains client relationships and assures client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor of Science in Engineering related field. (BSEE, BSME, BSAE, etc.)
  • 9+ Years of experience in the A/E environment
  • PE license preferred
  • Demonstrated success in client interaction, project management, cost estimation, as well as RFI/RFP/RFQ experience.
  • Previous background managing Electrical, Mechanical and plumbing systems on projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
