We are currently seeking a Maintenance professional with a minimum of five plus years of experience working in a Supervisory/Management role specific to Electrical and Instrument Engineering. Our client is a rapidly expanding organization that offers stability and growth. Willing to assist with relocation.
This position is Management level with a focus as an Electrical Maintenance Superintendent specializing in Instrument and Electrical Management field. It reports directly to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for roughly eight direct reports.
Directs and coordinates other engineers, activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in the maintenance of instrument and electrical equipment located at the plant.
Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure production operations.
Oversees and manages supervisors, engineers, and planner/schedulers associated with the electrical maintenance workgroup including Instrument trades group.
Review job orders to determine work priorities.
Minimum of five plus years working in a Maintenance Management role specific to Electrical, Automation and Instruments.
BS degree ideal but not a must. Will substitute direct experience for education.
Must demonstrate job stability throughout their career.

MUST have current or prior experience managing a Maintenance Group
