  • Project work coordination, team management, task follow-up, calibration readiness evaluation
  • Strong in electric powertrain, e-motors, batteries, chargers and ability to develop effective technical plans
  • Well versed in vehicle based electric powertrain development for safety and performance
  • Strong knowledge in legislation for CARB, EPA, FMVSS, DOT, China and EU certification
  • Strong knowledge in requirements, software, controls and calibration data management
  • Strong in fundamental engineering to understand complex interacting systems
  • Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering and vehicle engineering
  • Good understanding of functional safety, HDOBD regulations and calibration work planning experience
  • Knowledge of electronic control system strategies and optimization techniques and processes
  • Skilled in handling MS-Word, Excel, Project, Outlook


  • Candidates with Master's and PhD degree are preferred
  • Candidates should have degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of technical project management experience
  • Proven track record and good references are preferred
