Responsibilities:

Seeking highly trained physician to provide medical services to provide medical services to Correctional Officers within the jail system.  Physicians will provide medical evaluations, order medications, laboratory and diagnostic tests, and make necessary referrals, as appropriate.  This role may include assigment to in-person and telehealth clinical care for inmates in jail-based clinics at times.  Requires no physician time dedicated to billing.  Physicians work as part of a care delivery team with strong administrative support staff, integrated nursing and mental health.

Qualifications:

Registered to practice medicine in the State of NY, ACLS Certification (training available) and Infection Control Certification. 

Current Federal DEA LicenseBoard certified or Board Eligible preferred
