Job Summary:

Responsible for an assigned territory/named accounts selling the portfolio of EHR SERVICES solutions into hospital settings with a key focus on new account development and expansion within existing accounts. Direct experience in the clinical setting, experience with EHR platforms on a clinical or technical basis, and/or prior experience is desired. The position requires a result-driven individual who has a high level of professionalism - consistent with EHR SERVICES culture.

Developing prospects through obtaining an understanding of organizations’ clinical documentation plans and Electronic Medical Record / Electronic Health Record deployment, managing strategic selling opportunities, problem solving, presenting managed services and software solutions alongside a return on investment and closing sales while exceeding quota.
•Must be able to meet account / territory coverage requirements assigned, develop and implement key account plans and develop/implement a strategic business plan for the territory assigned. Must be able to work with partners and resellers as appropriate.
Participate in sales processes, including scheduling meetings, producing agendas and presentations, and drafting work orders and agreements
Develop contracts with clients while avoiding legal challenges by understanding current legislation and regulations governing EHR SERVICES business models and, with EHR SERVICES managerial support, recommend new procedures and/or models to comply with changes
•Update and maintain sales records and reports in Salesforce.com
•Monitor the status and relationship of active accounts, and report any potential problems directly to EHR SERVICES sales and corporate management
•Working with other EHR SERVICES /Nuance departments/service lines to develop opportunities for EHR SERVICES service lines
• Develop the technical and relationship skills to perform assessments, onsite or remotely, for all EHR SERVICES Service Lines (Epic Go-Live, Optimization, MyChart Help Desk, Training, Smart Library, etc.)
•Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for secure.

Education: •College Degree or equivalent

Minimum years of work experience: 5

Required skills:
Previous consultative sales experience
Proven experience interacting with C-Levels in Healthcare
Proven track record of achieving quota year over year
Position will require 50% travel to customers for meetings and demos


Preferred skills:
EMR/EHR and associated solutions previous selling experience
Consultative sales background
Clinical background
Epic experience.
