The Editorial Manager is a critical role within the Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing. This position presents a great opportunity to tell the CyberArk story in a new, creative light, and elevate a distributed marketing activity into a best-in-class program at a dynamic and leading cybersecurity organization. Working with internal and external teams, you will be responsible for producing top-quality marketing content that tells a compelling, differentiated story.
The Editorial Manager will wear a lot of hats -- content generator, red-pen editor, program manager, and diplomat, juggling the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a fast moving, complex environment that demands results. Above all, the Editorial XX will be a master story-teller, weaving together multiple threads about our technology, our customer successes, or groundbreaking research, along with the latest trends in cybersecurity, into narratives that will stand out in a noisy cybertech landscape. The Editorial XX will be asking "what's the angle?" about CyberArk's content activities -- and be asking it a lot.
This role will also oversee and provide guidance on the copy and content strategy across multiple communication vehicles, including websites, blogs, campaign materials, and marketing assets (eBooks, white papers, etc.). The job will requires the day-to-day management of the corporate content calendar and the on-schedule delivery of content, as well as the onboarding and management of external copywriters.
The right candidate will have a player-coach approach, and will work closely with creative, marketing, product, and go-to-market partners to elevate the brand vision and voice to create best-in-class content. You are a talented writer/editor, with experience in creating interesting stories that go beyond the day-to-day news cycle -- someone who can see the big picture, yet sweat the details.
