A Kforce client is seeking an eDiscovery Processing Manager in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, staffs, schedules and develops cost estimates for work to be performed under task orders
  • Oversee a group of eDiscovery Processors
  • Consults with necessary client staff as to system requirements and proposed technical approach to data processing needs
  • Determines system and project requirements based on information gathered from such consultations
  • Will be responsible for working as part of the tech team to meet client specified deadlines with our proprietary eDiscovery software
  • The Tech team regularly communicates timelines and project conflicts to clients (via Project Manager proxy), as well as between departments, so solid communication skills are a must

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 8-12years of related work experience
  • Experience managing eDiscovery processors on behalf of various clients
  • Thorough understanding of eDiscovery standards and practices is desired
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of eDiscovery systems and solutions
  • Prior experience in litigation support
  • Familiarity with electronic discovery software and various industry utilities (i.e. IPro, Concordance, relativity)
  • Some basic knowledge of an array of office software (i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills (ability to interpret both written and verbal communication to fit project specifications)
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment; Project collaboration is routine
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem solve is an absolute must
