Job Description

The EDI Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electronic data interchange (EDI) operations and ensuring the successful implementation and execution of EDI solutions for our clients.

A Visionary Leader and Mentor

We are looking for someone who can inspire and lead a team of EDI specialists, ensuring they work cohesively to implement and execute EDI solutions successfully. The ideal candidate should be skilled in supervising team activities, including hiring, mentoring, assigning tasks, and conducting performance evaluations, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

A Client-Focused Problem Solver

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on building strong client relationships. They will collaborate closely with clients to deeply understand their EDI needs and translate these into effective, tailored solutions. This person should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction and drive mutual success.

A Technical Innovator and Operator

We need someone who brings deep technical expertise to the role. The right candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of EDI operations, including system design, development, testing, and maintenance. They should be proficient in EDI transactions, mapping, and standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure operations remain cutting-edge and compliant with best practices.

A Knowledgeable and Experienced Professional

The candidate we are seeking has a strong academic and professional foundation, with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. They should have at least 5 years of experience in EDI management or data analysis, demonstrating a track record of success and innovation in their previous roles.
