This position will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and operations of the overall eCommerce content and Product Catalog Solution Globally. The position requires sound knowledge of PIM/PCM data strategies and best practices and will drive the migration/consolidation of our digital product information published via the Product Catalog solution as well as best practices and experience in content creation, optimization and maintenance. Key Responsibilities include Execution of eCommerce content, standards, guidelines, processes and expertise to consistently address strategic business needs, data issues, best practice, and integration. This position manages the maintenance of the Product Catalog (Product 360) for Vision Care, working closely with content owners and cross-functional partners to produce and maintain the Product Catalog with up-to-date, accurate, and approved product information from across various sources.  This position will also work closely with regions and local countries to define and consolidate eCommerce Content Calendars as well as measurement frameworks to assess and optimize business impact of Content Execution and Roll Outs.


  • Managing the sourcing and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date product content, which includes product specifications, imagery, labelling information, and rich marketing content for internal and external eRetail customer use.
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of rich marketing content and the Vision Care copy approval processes.
  • Managing the system that supports North America Sales teams and Retailers, ensuring the product information framework meets the need of all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Customer Teams, IT and cross-functional partners to drive the execution of key processes that are dependencies for eCommerce Content.
  • Evaluating and measuring the Product Catalog effectiveness and reporting findings to the North American and/or Global Governance team, including content inventories and gap analyses promoting continuous improvement.
  • Providing support to users of the Product Catalog system, including performing account activations and responding to user inquiries.
  • Support the Digital Shelf Measurement process as part of the downstream marketplace validation of product catalog content on Retailers’ Ecommerce websites.

  • Understanding of information distribution principles: file and data transfer concepts, format types.
  • Ability to work across a range of media and formats.
  • Management of our photo and video assets.
  • From consolidating, what we already have from our various agencies and stock houses and helping to manage usage (rights plus what makes sense to use where) to identifying additional needs and working to add to our image library. 
  • Reviewing business requirements, creative briefs to determine copy needs.
  • Gathering resources, researching content, connecting with internal & external partners to gather content.
  • Manage copy approvals & revisions with brand leads, GAME, regional leads.
  • Manage process for updating, version control, and sharing of copy with key stakeholders and end users.
  • Create a process to socialize create visibility of design elements and assets available, strategy & direction.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA desirable.
  • 5 years relevant digital or customer sales related work experience including a minimum of 4 years leading e-commerce or digital businesses.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how e-commerce, web, mobile, social, search and channels work together to optimize behavior, acquisition and sales.
  • Experience managing website content and activities associated with website launches/redesigns including menu architecture development and web page layouts and graphic designs.
  • Analytical skills with knack for interpreting trends and data, and making informed projections/assertions.
  • Knowledge of digital E-commerce technology architecture and implementation.
  • Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels with proven success at developing integrated digital businesses from strategy through execution with a passion for driving profitable growth.
  • Proven experience with Content Management Systems and Product Catalog Management
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize work and balance a portfolio of programs and activities.
  • A strong influencer to lead a diverse group of team members and stakeholder across multiple business and geographical areas.
  • Demonstrated results leading and driving high impact change.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, collaborate and lead multi-functional teams.
  • Experience/exposure managing agency vendor partnerships.
  • Position is located in Jacksonville, FL and requires up to 15% travel.
