Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for an eCommerce Channel Manager (Global Direct to Consumer (DTC) Channel Manager)  to join the KitchenAid /eCommerce SDA organization based in our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, MI.

 

Functional Overview

 

We are seeking a strategic, analytical and results-driven professional. In this key role you will lead the Direct to Consumer results of KitchenAid Small Domestic Appliances at Marketplaces (e.g. Ebay account) & Closed Community (e.g. Inside Pass) channels within the US.

 

This position requires a structured thinker with strong leadership, analytical and data-analysis skills. The right candidate can deliver high level thinking to maintain focus on our long term strategy but is also able to create and execute highly impactful promotional campaigns and assortment actions.  This individual will drive revenue and DCM growth within key channels, while managing cross-functional relationships internally and externally. The ability to influence and drive change across a broad organization, strategic planning and presentation skills to senior management are essential to manage to expand the channel at a rapid pace.

 

  • Lead and manage sales growth for Marketplaces (e.g. Ebay account) & Closed Community (e.g. Inside Pass) channels. Selling in the online marketplace is required.

  • Build strong, impactful and distinct promotions and campaigns

  • Develop analysis on the effectiveness of promotions

  • Manage cross-functional relationships to define assortment, campaigns and promotions

  • Guarantee operational excellence at Marketplace channel, including stock level, service level and content quality

  • Manage agency partners and providers (Channel Advisor)

  • Lead Marketplace expansion, including internal alignments, hunting activities and commission negotiation

 

Preferred Requirements

  • 5+ years total work experience, including cross-functional roles

  • BS in marketing or business 

  • Data-driven approach to make decisions

  • At the same time, ease to work with incomplete data at hand

  • Capability to modeling the decision process into algorithms and ability to translate algorithms into spreadsheets

  • Effective communication across multi-functional teams

  • Experience with setting goals and measurement

  • Self-starter, hands-on personality, highly developed ability to set priorities and to execute

  • Resilience to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
