eClinical Works Administrator
Due to company growth and expansion, Essen Health Care has an opening for an eClinical Works Administrator to join our team. He/she will serve as the primary contact with eCW support issues and will help with design for specific areas of eCW EMR. Excellent opportunity for growth! Experience training with electronic medical records, specifically eClinical Works, required
This is a full time, employed position
Hours are Monday- Friday 9AM-5PM
Working Location: 1436 Williamsbridge Road Bronx

Administrator will provide support and guidance to eClinical Works users with current and ongoing system issues
Assisting Essen Health Care employees to troubleshoot and resolve problems with their eClinicalWorks software program
Plan and develop an educational strategy that provides employees the necessary skills to adequately perform job functions.
Responsible for developing and maintaining eCW training programs and workflows.
On-going training of users at various levels to ensure users are following workflows and protocols to optimize system functionality.
Knowledge and/or experience in IT, medical terminology and/eclinical works required
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
Ability to interact with various levels of medical and IT professionals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge and or experience in the implementation of large and complex Information Systems in a Health Care environment
Travel may be required to the Essen Health Care locations
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, written, analytical skills and time management skills.
Ability to conduct engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audience at various skill levels Ability to work with minimal supervision and maximum accountability
