Position: Midwest Regional Sales Manager
Reports To: Chief Strategy Officer
Type: Full time / Exempt - Individual Contributor
Client has built the most advanced software platform in the industry including a customer base that is more than 3x that of the nearest competitor. The client has a real estate portfolio that exceeds $1.6 trillion and was involved in over $158 billion in real estate transactions in 2016. They have experienced 9years of consecutive mid-double-digit growth and anticipates a minimum growth rate of 20% over the next several years.
To ensure growth plans, they are searching for a positive, hard-working, self-motivated individual to expand the Midwest region while sustaining the existing client base.
The Sales Manager will work cohesively with the sales team to drive revenue and close new business. He/she will strategically find, qualify and develop new business. The Sales Manager will successfully close new business contracts by understanding each client’s needs and expectations, and offering compelling solutions. The Sales Manager will be an expert in the nuances of in his/her market and accounts, and play a critical role in reaching the company’s annual projections. He/she will take control of and manage the entire sales process: Lead generation, field and remote cold calling and demo’s, coordination and attendance at industry trade shows, closing new business, managing the Implementation Process, and retaining the existing client base. After signing, our Sales Manager will ensure a seamless transition through our internal Implementation and Operations Teams to deliver on our promise of service excellence.
The position requires extensive regional travel, and occasional travel outside the territory. The Midwest territory requires an emphasis on North and South Carolina, but also includes, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

? Handle requests in the best interest of both the client and company
? Multi-task and be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Education and Qualifications:
? Possess an Associate’s Degree or higher
? 2-5years account management or salesexperience
? Industry experience and certifications is a plus
