The E-Commerce Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through Amazon Global and Domestic FBA ecommerce sales platforms while managing staff to achieve same objectives.

Manages account P&L through forecasting and budget development to drive sales and profitable revenue

Manages staff and discipline of 6+ person team. Hire, train, develop and motivate staff to deliver company goals including succession planning

Develop and implement short and long term vision and strategic business plans to drive company growth objectives

Oversees implementation and execution of item promotional campaigns that lead to increased sales and market share

Trouble shoot customer, product, and site issues. Trains staff on how to respond and address issues. Communicate and troubleshoot any issues an resolve

Identify new product opportunities and issues. Funnel information to product manager to assist with new product development

Communicate and work collaboratively with Shared Services (supply chain, product management) to gain alignment in achieving overall business goals. Escalate issues and push for resolution

Creative thinker that finds new processes and solutions for business strategy

Evaluate future platform opportunities. Apply learnings from real-time E-commerce, digital and consumer trends as well as emerging digital tools

Works directly with Director of Merchandise Planning, Global EVP/GM and Chairman/CIO


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

5-10 years e-commerce or retailmerchandisingexperience preferably in the consumer product industry

Bachelors degree in Business, merchandising or Marketing preferred
