RRD is looking for an experienced, creative, innovative and hands-on e-commerce Marketing Manager to be a key driver in B2C e-commerce growth. The e-commerce Marketing Manager will manage the strategic and tactical direction of our new B2C digital efforts to drive acquisition channel performance to meet new customer and sales revenue targets and perform analysis across channels.




  • Lead integrated marketing strategy delivering tactics to drive growth through data-driven marketing and digital demand generation campaigns.


  • Oversee direct response programs including Paid Search, Social, Email, Display Advertising, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, Mobile Advertising, and evaluate and explore other emerging media


  • Manage online and social media presence


  • Develop engaging content for each marketingchannel and manage the editorial calendar for these channels


  • Develop ROI analysis and execution of all marketing initiatives including email, paid media, and promotions


  • Manage marketing spend for all aspects of all marketing initiatives and set and track annual KPIs


  • Improve traffic, conversion rates, and average order value across all e-Commerce partner sites and marketplaces


  • Systematically analyze and report online performance, recommend strategic and tactical changes to drive sales and profitability, increasing visitors, and capturing larger average order sizes


  • Manage email campaigns from concept to completion through developing a creative brief, working closely with internal partners (creative team, marketing operations), manage creative review process with timely feedback and approvals, work withinternal partners to execute a campaign and analyze post campaign data



  • A Bachelor's degree


  • 5+ years of digitalmarketing and B2C e-commerceexperience with digitalmarketingcampaigns, web analytics and paid media programs, marketing automation tools, content distribution and syndication tools, email, social media, and mobile driving exceptional brand engagement and revenue


  • Prior experience in formulating and executing digitalmarketing strategies with the voice of the brand


  • Experience with Eloqua a plus


  • Exceptional work ethic, strategic vision, communication plus organizational skills and the ability to work cross functionally across RRD and deliver results


  • Knowledge of Social insights tools like Facebook Reports, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics and Pinterest Analytics a plus


  • Experience in brand management or e-commerce/retailmarketingrequired


  • Independent self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; enthusiastic, positive and detail-oriented personality
