About the role
The Dynamics 365 Financial Services Lead will further define the approach to sell and deliver CRM based solutions to our financial services clients in the Midwest region. The solutions are based in Microsoft's Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement. As the lead you will develop market relevant materials to assist selling. You will also lead the Dynamics 365 team in developing the capability to deliver to the unique needs of the financial services industry and oversee delivery projects.
Day-to-day, you will,
Work with Avanade's DigitalSales and Service team to sell to financial services clients
Partner with our global financial services team to create, then refine the financial services offering for the market in the Midwest
Provide thought leadership to teams during all stages of delivery
Provide financial services industry and process expertise to guide selling and delivery
Help determine and translate customer needs into an Avanade solution and approach
Contribute to proposal development
Contribute to scope, approach, and estimating input to the proposal team
You are likely a great leader with deep CRM experience. You also have helped financial services companies reach their digitalsales and services goals. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to its goals. You are organized, energetic and as comfortable in front of a board room as before a white board with your team.
Your skillset likely includes:
Understanding of financial services industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365
5+ years of delivery experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Experience
Experience delivering CRM solutions in a financial services environment - banking, wealth management and/or insurance
Experience with Software-as-a-Service environments
Understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile)
Excellent client management skills
Experience leading large complex technology projects
Experience managing global CRM teams and working with offshore teams
Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
You likely have at least five to seven years of CRM experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a field such as information technology, business technology or engineering. You have a strong background on MStechnologies/trends and will have the ability to travel up to 80% of the time to customer locations.
