On behalf of our client, 3form, we are looking for a DTC Marketing Manager to create and manage a new Direct-To-Consumer distributionchannel that will target design-savvy residential and small business customers who are seeking design-forward home and office d?cor and solutions.
Over the years, 3form has developed a strong brand and associated stable of products which are sold through a national sales force through architects and designers. 3form is known for having innovative, design-forward products which are very customizable and require a significant amount of hand-holding by sales people and customer support. Recently, 3form has focused on developing new products which provide much of the same design appeal but require fewer decisions and customization on behalf of the client. Examples of this include acoustical ceiling products, new Seeyond simple acoustical wall tiles, Lightart table lamps, pendants and wall sconces, gecko glass fabrics, profile wall tiles, etc. These products have the shared characteristics of being easy to configure, reasonably priced, ship in a paperboard box and are easy to install. ? Develop and evolve products to best suit the needs of both residential and small business customers.
? Use existing 3form and Lightart products as starting point to help identify products which could be launched with minimal change.
? Build road map of future 3form/Lightart products which could be launched online.
? Design and implement the value delivery process including quoting, ordering, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and returns.
? Leverage existing 3form operations, such as marketing, customer service, manufacturing, and shipping to design a process which would utilize existing capabilities in a way to begin 3form?s push into the DTC channel.
? Handle day-to-day responsibilities for online demand generation including some minimal print advertising, online targeted advertising on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
? Develop organic web traffic growth through strategic web design and placement of keywords.
? Entrepreneurial and self-reliant to simply do things in a new way with minimal resources.
? Bachelor?s degreerequired.
? Minimum of 5years combined experience in Product Marketing and Digital Marketing.
